Shipping Information
Toy2R-USA has shipped our toys to almost every Earth-bound destination imaginable. (for interstellar shipping, please contact our new Galaxy Service support team). This means we can get our toys shipped to you just about anywhere!
Domestic:
We offer UPS and USPS shipping here in the US. Both services come with several different options. To figure out which options best suit your needs simply add the items you want to your cart. Once you hit the checkout button and enter your address information, all the options will be available along with price and transit time.
UPS:
UPS Express (+ 2Day, 3Day) services are guaranteed. UPS Ground varies by location. The map below should help you figure the number of business days in transit.
USPS:
USPS Express is guaranteed but the actual delivery time being guaranteed varies. To obtain the most accurate information regarding Express transit time guarantee use this form. (Origin zipcode: 95476) The less expensive options are only “expected” transit times. While they are generally surprisingly accurate, they are not guaranteed.
Where’s my order?:
All domestic, in-stock orders are guaranteed to arrive within 21 days of placing your order. (We have never had an order take anywhere near that long). If your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time, Toy2R-USA will either refund or replace the order.
International:
We offer UPS and USPS shipping internationally. Both services come with several different options. To figure out which options best suit your needs simply add the items you want to your cart. Once you hit the checkout button and enter your address information, all the options will be available along with price and transit time.
USPS First Class:
Most customers tend to use USPS 1st Class International. It is inexpensive, slow but not terribly so and generally quite reliable. Please note that while 1st Class has had a nearly perfect track record for reliable worldwide delivery, there are no tracking options using this method. We therefore cannot provide any guarantee on 1st Class shipments. Use at your own risk.
USPS International Priority and Express:
Both of these services offer tracking and are guaranteed for delivery. Keep in mind though that they use estimated transit times. These packages are handed over to postal or courier services in the destination country and there may be delays due to customs or local delivery, therefore, transit time is not guaranteed.
UPS International Services:
Both fast and ultra-reliable. It is not cheap but this is the service for the order that NOTHING can go wrong with. Somehow, the live shipping rates in our store do not list transit times so check here for details using zipcode 95476 in the US to fill in “Ship From”.
Customs and Duties:
All international shipments are subject to local customs inspections and may be subject to taxes or duties. The exact tax rate applied in your country can vary. We do not have any way to help you figure out what rates, if any, will apply to your shipment. All duties are paid by the recipient.
Where’s my order?:
Due to the nature of international shipping, customs and 3rd party delivery services, especially in regards to USPS deliveries, there can be delays… sometimes long delays. We guarantee all deliveries (other than 1st class) but when to implement that guarantee can sometimes be an issue. All guaranteed shipments (in-stock items only) will be refunded or replaced if delivery has not occurred within 49 days of placing your order. Pre-Order items are guaranteed within 49 days of when they ship. These are long time spans and we apologize for this but, while to date, we have never had an order be non-delivered, there were just 1 or 2 that took over a month to finally arrive due to customs or internal delivery issues and investigations in most country take several weeks.
