Payment types:
We currently accept the following methods of payment:

- MasterCard
- Discover
- American Express
We do not currently support COD, Wire Transfer or eCheck nor does anyone seem to miss these options. IF, however, you find yourself a bit saddened by these missing options, drop us a line and we will be happy to make arrangements for you. Please note that your electronic payment receipts will have The Apex Trading Company listed as the merchant. They are our US Distribution partner and handle the processing and grunt work for our orders.
Turn around time:
We like to turn orders around quickly here. Most in-stock orders received before 12pm Pacific Standard, will ship same business day. Due to occasionally high volumes of shipping, it occasionally doesn’t work out the way we like best but all domestic in-stock orders are guaranteed to ship within 2 business days or we will refund your shipping.

In-Stock:
Precisely what it says. Order away! Very occasionally, an item listed as in-stock may be found to have damages. Even more rarely, an item that you order when in-stock may be sold before you finish placing your order. We are truly sorry for this. We just haven’t found a good way around this. Most rarely of all, the item is just plain missing when it should be here. While we work to avoid all these possibilities, sadly, we are all human. We will contact you if any of these tragedies occur with options and/or bribery for your forgiveness.
Pre-Order:
These fall into 1 of 2 categories. Most of the pre-order items listed in our store are items that are temporarily out of stock. Since we are always bringing in new shipments, purchasing a pre-order item will guarantee that when they arrive (anywhere from 7-30 days usually) you will get yours. Occasionally, Toy2R releases a brand new figure that goes up for pre-order. These are usually limited production items. Pre-ordering helps insure that you don’t miss out. This type of pre-order will have an ETA listed in the item description. If your order includes In-Stock and Pre-Order items, most often we will ship all together when the pre-order item(s) arrive. Keep this in mind if your order is time sensitive.
Out of stock:
These are toys that are out of stock both here in our warehouse AND in Toy2R’s main warehouse. They are, however, expected to be back in stock in the future. If you see this, don’t despair… just check back in the future.
Sold Out:
If you see this, you have sadly missed the boat. Most of these items were limited qty production and will never be produced in their current form again. We leave them as an archive of sorts, and to remind us all that life is short…and so are some production runs!
Returns:
Nothing is worse than being stuck with something that you absolutely don’t like. If you, upon receiving your new Toy2R toy, are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may elect to return the item. All returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be unblemished and in the original (also unblemished) display packaging. Elective returns (not including damaged or mis-shipped items) will be returned at your expense. For elective returns, please contact us here. Please note: Sealed items such as blind box pieces cannot be returned. For damaged or mis-shipped items, Toy2R-USA will handle the return shipping costs.
